Programming Assistant – South Burlington Public Library (South Burlington, VT)

The South Burlington Public Library seeks an experienced early education programmer to prepare programs for babies, toddlers and families. This person will work with the Children’s Librarian to create quality, age appropriate storytimes and themed book displays. Experience working with young children, a love of children’s books and an understanding of early literacy skill building is required. The Programming Assistant position is part time and will work three out of four Saturdays. A high school degree with 4 years customer service experience required; a Bachelor degree with one year of customer service experience, is preferred.  This position 19 hours per week.  Salary is $20.80 per hour.
