Staff Engagement Liaison

Join our team at this vibrant and forward-looking Ivy League library. We’re looking for a great communicator who lives diversity, equity, and inclusion, and is also organizationally skilled to join us as the Staff Engagement Liaison. This new position will be focused on developing, producing, managing, and assessing all processes related to the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of library staff, ensuring they are fair and inclusive. The Liaison will work to create and foster a supportive learning culture, and will embed diversity, equity, and inclusion policies and practices into all staff engagement and recruitment activities.
