Director of Collection Management Services – University of Vermont Libraries (Burlington, VT)

The University of Vermont Libraries seeks an experienced and forward-thinking leader for the Director of Collections Management Services. This role works collaboratively with others to ensure the work of collection development, acquisitions, and cataloging is consistent with UVM Libraries’ strategic plans, mission and goals.

The Director oversees the collection budgets, supports and mentors staff, and anticipates for the information needs of our varied users. Competitive candidates should be skilled at gathering and interpreting data to inform collection development policies and practices.

Salary: $100,000 – $130,000
