How do we best serve our patrons who are Deaf, Hard-of-Hearing, or DeafBlind? Join us as we host Laura Siegel, Director of Deaf, Hard-of-Hearing, and DeafBlind Services at the Vermont Department of Disabilities, Aging & Independent Living. The goal of this training is to better understand the resources available and how to provide culturally appropriate library services to your patrons and even hire or work better with employees who have hearing losses.
