Processing Specialist – Dartmouth College Libraries (Hanover, NH)

Dartmouth College Libraries seeks a dedicated, organized, and intellectually curious person to fill the entry-level position of Processing Specialist. The Processing Specialist works to create access to our archival and manuscript collections in both physical and digital formats. Under the direct supervision of the Assistant Archivist for Collections in Rauner Special Collection Library, the position processes new accessions and reprocesses existing collections in all formats to appropriate levels. The specialist works within existing systems to input descriptions and other metadata, assists researchers in the reading room, and participates in a dynamic environment dedicated to access, research, and teaching.
