Join Us for Legislative Day at the State House!

The Vermont Library Association has reserved the Card Room at the Statehouse on Wednesday, April 18 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Librarians and trustees will be on hand through out the day to talk with legislators about the importance of library services in Vermont. While we are not asking for direct state funding to public libraries, we do want to emphasize the services of the Vermont Department of Libraries (DOL) to all Vermont libraries. If you can be in Montpelier, even briefly, please stop by the Card Room to support all Vermont libraries. Feel free to contact Deb Bullock Spackman at deb@normanwilliams.lib.vt.us with any questions!
